Pólstjarna means North Star and is a beautiful tribute to Iceland's maritime history and the god of the sea, created as a protective woollen shield for fishermen in the harshest conditions at sea. In the intro to the pattern, Hanne writes: "When darkness fell over the open ocean, it was the night sky's constellation that served as the sailors' most vital navigation tool, guiding them safely home to port."

All goods that are not digital and downloadable will be dispatched with GLS or POST NORD within 1-3 Bussiness days. Liability- and transport conditions of Post Nord or GLS apply for the dispatch of the goods. einrúm is therefore not liable for damage to the goods in transport. If a product is damaged after it leaves einrúm.com and before it is delivered to the recipient the damage is the responsibility of the carrier. Price for domestic delivery up to 1 kg is 54 dkr and for international delivery 108 dkr.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days unless the product has been bought in the EINRÚM SALE. To qualify for a refund, the items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned and obtain a certificate of posting. A receipt for the purchase of the item to be returned must be enclosed. If a product is sealed the seal must be intact. The last date to return the goods is counted from the day the goods are handed over to the registered recipient. If the items are not what you ordered or they are faulty, please contact us at einrum@einrum.com to organise a return at our expense.
There is 24 months warranty on defective products (yarn that is not knitted of). We recommend that you return the defective product within 2 months from purchase.
