Digital products, such as PDF files, are delivered via email to the buyer once payment is completed. Physical products that are not digital will be shipped within 1–3 business days via PostNord, or GLS if dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark and Íslandspóstur if dispatched from our warehouse in Iceland. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. The terms and liability conditions of PostNord, or GLS or Íslandspóstur apply to the shipment of these products. Therefore, einrúm is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. If a product is damaged after it leaves einrum.com and before it is delivered to the recipient, the carrier will be held responsible for the damage.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days unless the product has been bought in the einrúm SALE. To qualify for a refund, the items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned and obtain a certificate of posting. A receipt for the purchase of the item to be returned must be enclosed. If a product is sealed the seal must be intact. The last date to return the goods is counted from the day the goods are handed over to the registered recipient. If the items are not what you ordered or they are faulty, please contact us at einrum@einrum.com to organise a return at our expense. Electronic products, such as knitting patterns in PDF format, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Electronic products cannot be refunded.
There is 24 months warranty on defective products (yarn that is not knitted of). We recommend that you return the defective product within 2 months from purchase.
